    I haven’t trained in years. Is online coaching suitable for me?

    Yes. The programme starts from your current baseline — not your past performance.

    How much time do I need each week for online coaching?

    Most clients train two to four 30–45 minute sessions per week.

    The focus is efficiency and measurable progress, so results don’t require living in the gym.

    Do I need a gym membership or specific equipment?

    No. Your training plan is built around what you have access to — whether that’s a commercial gym, a home setup, or minimal equipment.

    Do I get a meal plan?

    No rigid meal plans.
