Kelly’s Coaching has been a game changer for me and given the motivation and accountability I needed to be successful with my fitness goals. The fitness plan set challenges me every session and makes progressing enjoyable and less daunting in the gym. Chris himself is always on hand when you have a question or to give you some spirit when needed. As a personal trainer he is knowledgable and motivational but also puts your fitness fears at ease. The app used is also really good to help track not only your weight, measurements and progress photos but also your workouts! It helps track your previous performance so you can follow your PBs. I recently used Chris for some online coaching to provide me with some advice after some ongoing back problems (lower disc herniation). Chris was extremely knowledgeable, listened to my history and provided a clear programme to follow to help me get back to normal activities. He regularly checked in to ensure I was on track and was always there if I needed help or had any questions. I'd highly recommend Chris if you are either looking for an experienced PT or if you want to go down the online coaching route.

I’ve been with Kelly’s coaching (online) for around 3 months now. Firstly to note he got back to my enquiries super quickly, is friendly and help me get set up. Secondly he worked on a plan to suit me and then with support and guidance I can’t believe how far I’ve come since then! Very patient and listens/helps with being less knowledgeable about fitness/nutrition. Hard enough to start with that it’s a challenge without being over complicated. My workouts are tailored to my needs. As a busy mum I have to work it around family and this has given me a new lease of life. Meeting and hearing about what Chris does had me thinking about my career, my future and of course how I felt on a day to day basis. I am a tall person, 6ft 3 to be precise, and have always been of a bigger build. But being an artist in the public eye means I always have to look as good as I can, be as healthy as I can and feel as good as I can as much as possible. So I met Chris, and got things underway. Within 3 months I lost 3 stone. This completely turned my life around. I first met Chris in May 2013, nervous, and in need of some help to get healthier. Chris tailored a nutrtion plan and training plan that worked for me straight away. The great thing was that it was not a “one size fits all” plan, he took the time to find out what I liked, disliked, found easy, found hard, what my goals and targets were and why I had set those goals and targets. He then helped me achieve them one by one. I have been training with Chris for a while now and really enjoy the sessions. Chris takes the time to get to know you, how your life works and most importantly what you want – whether that is to get fit or lose weight etc. He then tailors the sessions to work for you, there is the right amount of information (but not too much or too technical), encouragement and pushing you to better yourself. I have gone from not doing any exercise to bootcamps and loving the gym and boxing, my diet is definitely better than when I started (admittedly I am not 100% good…yet….but Chris is always on hand to keep me on track) and I am seeing the kind of results I want and I know will be maintainable because he promotes a lifestyle change through hard work and good nutrition (and not the latest fad diet). I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who is thinking they need to start exercising but keep putting it off or think ‘they don’t have enough time’ – he will soon show you otherwise!

I’ve been working with Chris for over year now, and the results have been better than expected. Chris has a wide range of skills and can adapt to most training demands, however you’ll need to be vocal in those goals and work with Chris to achieve them. I moved away from the typical personal training regimes and into boxing with Chris. This is for me one of the best training sessions I’ve had the pleasure of attending. The skills Chris brings to each session are varied and challenging and I’m always pushing for more. When I finish one of these sessions and Chris has pushed me, I feel great. Chris is flexible and understands the pressure of modern life and modern work. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions together and have and do recommend Chris to friends. The addition of the website and regular Facebook and Twitter feeds is a gentle reminder to keep you on track for your goals.
